PCC Debuts at General Assembly
Two years after Rick-Ufford Chase, former PCUSA moderator, urged church leaders to harness the passion and energy of youth in an organization centered around creation care, the Presbyterian Conservation Corps was represented at General Assembly in San Jose, California with two young adult Eco-Stewards training programs to relay to the attendees from around the country. Sarah Macway, 2007 Eco-Steward, represented the group and helped continue to spread the green gospel!
2nd Annual Eco-Steward Event A Success
The 2008 Eco-Stewards program at Camp Lackawanna in Tunkhannock, PA and Holmes Center in Holmes, NY was a great event and a wonderful continuation of last year's inaugural program at Westminster Woods in Westminster, CA. Click on our History to read more about both of our tremendous events.
